The Enterprise Innovation Challenge bridges academic experimentation with actual enterprise production requirements across four core pillars.

Round 1 Focus: Architecture, Concept & Feasibility (No Code Required)
Round 1 is strictly an idea and solution proposal stage. Teams are not required to build the final product before shortlisting. Actual full-stack software development begins during the 36-hour Grand Hackathon for shortlisted finalists.
Round 1 Deliverables
Team name, 2–4 members, college name, and primary contact details.
Selection of one published enterprise challenge track (PS-01 to PS-10).
Brief narrative explanation of the planned system, methodology, and technology stack.
Slide deck in PPT, PPTX, or PDF format (or link to public Google Drive / Canva deck).
UI mockups, Figma prototypes, architectural diagrams, or preliminary research links.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
Most small and medium enterprises rely on monolithic, all-in-one e-commerce platforms that are costly to customize and hard to scale. Teams must design a headless, modular commerce platform that allows SMEs to independently integrate catalog, checkout, inventory, and logistics services via lightweight APIs.

Participation Certificate Policy
Participants who complete the 36-hour Grand Hackathon and submit a valid final working project with source code will receive an official verified Participation Certificate.

Standard operating rules, preparation policies, AI tool usage guidelines, and intellectual property rights.
Eligibility & Team Formation Rules
- Student Eligibility: Open to all currently enrolled students across all years of study (1st Year, 2nd Year, 3rd Year, 4th Year / Final Year, and Post-Graduate) from any recognized college or university. 1st and 2nd year students are fully eligible and encouraged to participate.
- Team Size: Teams must consist of 2 to 4 members (1 designated Team Leader + up to 3 teammates).
- One Team Rule: Each participant may belong to only one team throughout the entire challenge.
- Cross-Institution Teams: Inter-college and inter-department teams are permitted.
- Problem Statement Rule: Each team selects one official problem statement during Round 1. Shortlisted teams build against this statement during the 36-hour hackathon. Statement changes require prior organizer approval.
